Terms & Conditions for Check-In Guests – Riverwood Resort
The following terms and conditions apply to all guests staying at Riverwood Resort and are strictly enforced:
Guest Registration & Identification
Riverwood Resort is authorized to accommodate only properly registered guests. All guests must present a valid national identity card, passport, or other acceptable proof of identification at the front desk during check-in.Settlement of Bills
All bills must be settled in full prior to departure. Payments may be made in cash or by valid credit card. Cheques are not accepted.Duration of Stay & Refund Policy
Guests may use their rooms only for the period agreed at the time of booking. In the event of an early departure or interruption of stay, no refunds will be issued.Check-Out Time
Unless a change in the accommodation period is communicated and approved in advance, guests must check out by 11:00 AM on the final day of their stay. Rooms must be vacated by this time.Valuables & Personal Belongings
Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure within their rooms. While Riverwood Resort maintains on-site security, the resort shall not be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ belongings or personal property.Security Deposit & Reservation Fee
A 50% security deposit is required to confirm a booking.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will result in forfeiture of the advance payment for the entire booking.Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and approval by management.Room Holding Policy
Reserved rooms will be held until 7:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival. If a guest fails to arrive by this time without prior notice of late arrival, the reservation will be released and the reservation fee forfeited.Extension of Stay
Guests requesting to extend their stay may be accommodated in a different room, subject to availability.Minors Policy
Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at Riverwood Resort unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.Management Rights
Management reserves the right of admission and may request any guest to vacate the premises at any time, without prior notice or explanation, if their behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to the safety, comfort, or security of the resort, staff, or other guests. In such cases, management may remove belongings and reassign the room.Use of Property & Facilities
Guests are not permitted to move furniture or tamper with electrical systems or other installations without management approval. Any malfunction should be reported to the front desk for prompt assistance.Medical Assistance
In the event of illness or injury, the resort may assist in arranging medical care or transportation to a hospital. All related costs shall be borne by the guest.Liability Disclaimer
Riverwood Resort shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, accidents, or injuries sustained by guests during their stay or participation in any resort activities.Energy & Safety Practices
Upon departure, guests must turn off all lights, air-conditioning units, and water faucets, and ensure doors and windows are properly closed. Doors and windows should remain closed while air-conditioning is in use.Laundry Policy
Washing clothes inside guest rooms is not permitted. Laundry services are available through the resort—please contact the front desk.Child Policy
Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge. Children above 6 years of age will be charged as per applicable rates.Quiet Hours
Guests are required to maintain peace and quiet during nighttime hours and avoid disturbing other guests.Feedback & Complaints
Guest feedback, complaints, and suggestions for improvement are welcome and may be shared with resort management.Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted within the resort premises.Guest Waiver
Guests may be required to sign a waiver at check-in to acknowledge and ensure safety during their stay.Force Majeure
Riverwood Resort shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, epidemics/pandemics, government regulations, strikes, wars, or other unforeseen circumstances.Environmental Responsibility
Guests are expected to respect nature and resort property. Waste must be disposed of in designated bins. Any damage to property will be charged in full.Riverside Safety
Guests are advised to closely supervise children and companions while enjoying riverside areas to ensure safety.Compliance with House Rules
Guests are required to observe all house rules. In the event of a breach, Riverwood Resort reserves the right to terminate accommodation services before the agreed period without refund.
By confirming a reservation and staying at Riverwood Resort, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
